Returns & Cancellations

We offer a limited cancellation window before orders are processed and shipped.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been dispatched. Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has already entered fulfillment and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately at rayerinc0@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue.

⚠️ Important:
Refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are only available if Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

Without Shipping Protection, we are unable to guarantee compensation for items that are lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that have already been shipped

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care goods

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, you may place a new order.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before shipment

  • Approved claims under Shipping Protection (if purchased)

Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be issued.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
